The design of the CTA 40 HSL magazine was the result of an in-depth study of space requirements and machine performance. The result is a highly innovative system in which our Chainless Technology has been successfully applied.

The particularly “L” shape of the magazine allows the tool to be directly carried into the exchange position, without the use of transferers, allowing the tool to perform a “random” exchange with the spindle. The remain part of the magazine develops on the side of the machine upright making easy manual loading by the operator.

The magazine in this image was created for 80 tools, but the version with 120, 160 and 200 tools can be realized.
