Our clamps are made of C40 steel with the possibility of customization according to customer request. The cone holding system is guaranteed by a system of spring arms.

The CFT Rizzardi’s alignment device is used for the axial and concentric alignment of the tool holders between the magazine, the exchange arm and the machine spindle. The tool allows to identify the displacement necessary for the correct grip and storage of the tool.

Alignment takes place in two steps:

1) verification and axial positioning using the central shaft
2) verification and angular positioning using the side shaft

Compatible and interchangeable with Regina UR series tool holders.

Device for tool clamping from the spindle of the machine.
The tool holding system is obtained by means of an irreversible safety mechanism, which guarantees safe handling during the change phase.

BP type – suitable for heat exchangers CUT type

– Aluminium central body and tool clamping grippers in nitrided steel
-In BP type the gripper arm is fixed rigidly on the shaft of the exchanger by means of a locking set
-In the BPH and BPS types, it is fixed through screws and orientation pin
-Locking mechanism inside the gripper arm is grease-lubricated

Cams for micro multiple drive are located on a drum and adjustable and can be positioned angular as needed.

FCR … Returned. Drum mounted on a postponed shaft with ratio 1/2 1/3 1/4
