DESIGN
Thanks to technicians with twenty years of experience in the field of manufacturing tool changers and cam automation systems, we are able to provide technical consultancy in order to find the best solution.
TESTING
The Metrological room, equipped with 3D testing machine ARES COORD and Accredia certification, allows us to test and certify our products by issuing the necessary documentation.
We are able to generate new testing programs, verifying and measuring parts on behalf of third parties, with a mathematical model, issuing appropriate certification.
SPARE PARTS
Our stock of around 3000 components allows us to supply spare parts for tool changers quickly. Reliable and qualified suppliers also quickly provide us with special parts for customized tool changers.
AFTER SALES
Accurate after-sales assistance will be guaranteed for any need, from on-site repairs or replacements to assistance for fine-tuning tool changers and centering on the machine spindle.
INSPECTION & REPAIR
In our factory we carry out complete overhauls and repairs of the tool changers and the handling systems we produce.
3D PRINTING
Following the need to see a new part off-hand in the shortest possible time, we have specialized in prototyping via 3D printing.
Thanks to the experience gained, we have expanded its use, producing repair elements and other components suitable for 3D printing.
LASER MARKING
Our finished products are identified through laser marking (fiber optics), which allows us to report as much information as possible in a very narrow field.
